Don't get me wrong I love my other black skirt with its detailing, but this one is perfect with a t-shirt, sandals, and out you go. It's one layer of fabric so it's nice and flowy but not see through at all in my experience. It was perfect for a hot day walking around an art festival. I definitely recommend it.
