Great work shirt
I bought this to go with a skirt I bought for work. I wanted a little something more than a button down but something that was still work appropriate. This does the job. It's light enough that I can wear it with a blazer if the cut outs are bothersome to my boss but heavy enough that I can go without one if she's fine. Lol my boss is temperamental. But I live the shirt and the stretch.

Not enough hours
This shirt was a nice dressy material and was super cute. Between a 2 and a 3 and the 2 was nice and flowy. Just a shade past sleeveless. The neck is 2 little rubber bands. I fought to undo the buttons before I even go it on then I would have had to have someone dress me when I wore it. I didn't even try to button I fear it would have choked me and after time the little rubber bands are going to break from stretching.

Cute but ...
While i love this shirt, the neck is VERY tight and i even though i do not have a large neck i am not able to button the buttons comfortably. If you are the type of person who is comfortable in a choker necklace then you may be ok with this shirt otherwise, you might want to pass. I will unfortunately be returning. As far as the fit, the shirt looks and feels great, i got my regular size 1, if i had sized up to a 2 it would have been too big, in the rest of the shirt, but maybe the neck would have fit??

Before you buy this beware the buttons are extremely difficult to button and since the neck has little stretch you cannot pull it over your head. I probably would have returned this if I hadn't used my rewards dollars. But since you can't get your rewards dollars back if you return it I guess I'm just going to keep it. Has a strange texture not really sure how to describe it. I do like the shade of black. I also like the lace on the sleave.
