A surprising win!!
I wasn't expecting much, but I know I'm a fan of the fabric. It's a great length to cover the ponch. I did make sure I wore a black bra 'cause my bra likes to play a bit of peek-a-boo. Fantastic with a cardi on top. <3

Gives Me Confidence
Love this top! Fabric is soft and comfortable, the surplice is at just the right height to show a good amount of cleavage without being indecent, and the fabric drapes nicely. The only problem I had was that my bra straps seemed to naturally sit outside the shirt straps, but that could be a matter of wearing the wrong bra for the shirt.

I picked this up to go under my patterned layering pieces, as my go to black tank finally faded too much for work. I wasn't looking for more than basic black butt coverage, but I have to say I really love this top. It is very soft, hangs well, and the surplus style elevates my look more than a basic tank ever did. I am very pleasantly surprised, great purchase.

Cupro HIT!
I really wish Torrid embraced more Cupro fabric. The dresses I own in it wash and wear so well, this top looks better in person. The fir is amazing and it feels really nice on the skin. It's flowy without being tent like. Please make this in more colors for fall, seems a step above the super soft and super soft is wonderful.

Perfect for hourglass
This top doesn’t seem much on the hanger , but amazing on the hourglass or pear shape figured. The slight A line shape highlights the waist and gives enough room for your hips without being obvious .
The neckline is the perfect depth. With a pendant necklace and a blazer it can be worn for work. But by itself or maybe a chocker sexy as hell for going out .
The material sort , silky and feels cooling to the skin .
The only negative is that as others said it is more of a soft black / charcoal and not a true/ deep black.
I would prefer it in actual black, but I bought it in store it was not a surprise for me.

The black shade of this looks hella faded. It's barely black. It is super soft and fits really well. The material is lightweight and comfortable. I wear it to work with a tank underneath it for modesty (conservative office). This WILL NOT match your black-blacks. You've been warned!

I bought top on clearance and I love the length. It does run a bit big so don't size up. The material is kind of swimsuit material, but I didn't mind it at all being over 100 degrees over here!

This style of top should be a basic necessary piece in every woman's wardrobe. You can pair it with some jeans and then spice it up at night with jewelry and heels but it's a basic for wearing Blazers and sweaters over. Or if you live in the desert like I do it's still professional and yet still cool and acceptable in most offices. Every time I wear this I get tons of compliments because it is so figure flattering and I recommend that every woman should have at least one top like this in their closet.

Like the concept but the bust area is weird. You will need to play around with it to get it to sit in an ok looking drape effect. Definitely a soft black.
