I need one in every color
This might be one of the best purchases I’ve made. It is SO comfortable and a perfect “casual Friday” piece. Pair it with some crop jeans and a casual wedge, or dress it up with a skirt and nice jewelry and heels. Comfortable office wear or casual weekend wear. Best of both worlds.

Take advantage of price
At first I wasn’t sure if I should purchase this jacket as I really didn’t like some of the pictures in the reviews but I decided to give it a chance and I am glad I did. The only thing is you can’t stretch it to close but I am not worried about it being open because that is how I I wanted to use it. I size up and glad I did, I love the color. I will recommend buying now that it’s only 12 dollars I paid 20 for it.

Honestly confused by the negative reviews because I want this to become a Torrid staple! The length is perfect for a little booty coverage during shorts/leggings season. It's so lightweight but the slight structuring keeps it from looking drapey/sloppy. The blush color is dusty and very flattering. Since it fits just around the butt I sized up one and it zips up just fine. The pockets are great for summer walking because you can throw your wallet keys and phone in no problem!

I'm always looking for something light to add a little butt/hips coverage during the summer because I live in legging capris and tanks. This is such a nice light material but the structure is just enough so it doesn't look too drapey/sloppy. The deep pockets are a huge plus for throwing wallet phone and keys in so no handbag necessary. I'm confused by the negative reviews personally and I really hope this isn't the last I see of this vest. Yes, the inside frays a little in the wash and from now on I'll be handwashing - but a few snips with the scissors and it's fine. Be aware that the lower hem sits just below the booty and to side up if you want to zip it all the way up.

I bought this on sale for $13 and change with the intention of using it as part of a work uniform due to the material. I work with dogs. Dog hair doesn't stick to it. It is comfortable and has many pockets. I need this in other colors please! I would have given 5 stars, as my only criticism is this vest is true to size..meaning if you want to use the inner cinch drawstring you would likely have a tight, uncomfortable fit in the bust depending on your body proportions. If you like a looser fit, size up. It has a great length for coverage. I would buy again! My sale price was a steal.

Looks great on the model.
Adorable jacket, but a lot to be desired. The material of the jacket is very thin. The jacket is also shorter and smaller than it could be. Other than that it's got a nice design and color that will be nice for layering or wearing in the summer.

Useful but sloppily made
I have a puffer vest that I live in when working out in the yard in the winter, but needed a lightweight vest for the same purpose during the warmer months. This fits the bill.
I usually wear a 00 in supersoft tops, 1 in foxy shirts, size 2 for bottoms, size 3-4 when I want an oversize comfy house shirt. 42J bust. I sized up to a 3 in this vest because I wanted to make sure it would be long enough and would zip over my bust, and that was the right call. It falls to just under the curve of the butt (at 5'6"). It would look too wide except for the adjustable cinch waist, which takes it from being overlarge to wearable.
I paid a relatively low price for it on clearance ($14.95), and would have been upset if I had paid anything more. It looks ok from the outside, but all of the seams inside are *raw* and not serged, which just seems bizarre. It's unlined (which is what I wanted), but that means that all the raw seams are just hanging out there creating snaggly threads as it constantly frays. I'll have to take it next time I fly to my sister's and see if she can serge it, but at anything higher than $14.95 it would be a ridiculous oversight.
In the end: it performs the function I wanted it for (although I'll still have to do alterations to keep it from falling apart). But I wouldn't wear it as anything other than a yardwork coat.

Cute Vest, HUGE Arm Holes
I love this vest, but I didn't keep it because the arm holes are HUGE. While the rest of the vest was perfectly my size, the arm holes hung weirdly away from my body because they were so big.

C'mon Torrid!?!
I love the color of the vest but it is oversized through the body and tight at the bottom where the elastic is. You can cinch it, with strings that tie around your body on the inside of the best. It is made really weird and nobody is going to do this. I definitely expect more from Torrid considering the price and quality of this vest. Unfortunately I do not recommend.
