Everything I wanted!
I absolutely fell in love with these jeans. The high waist, wide hips, and relaxed leg fit like a glove. I've always had trouble finding the perfect pair of jeans, but these are EVERYTHING I've ever wanted.

Accentuates your hips !
Bought them online through their sale and tried them on a week after I received them and I’m so happy I got them they accentuate my hips make my waist appear smaller and the baggie es is enough room not too baggy really well made jeans !

Perfect for a long waist
I am long-waisted and high waist jeans are never really high-waisted on me. These hit me at the perfect spot. I am 5'6 and purchased the regular inseam and they skim my ankles- they are not cropped like the picture of the model shows, but I'm ok with that. I really like the way these jeans fit my waist and hips. I also like that these are classic denim and not the thin, stretchy stuff.

Mom Jeans! Yay!
Love these! Super comfy and the fit is great. (I'm returning mine to size down though). I wear a 3 & normally only wear leggings so I wasn't sure my size in Torrid jeans! I'm an apple shape & these are perfect! Love the high rise!

Comfortable
These are very comfortable and I love the look. I was a little surprised at how high waisted these are, I love and prefer high waisted jeans but these are literally up to the middle of my back. However they are still very comfortable and great quality.

Went down a size
These jeans worked for me . I am a 16 in their jean jeggings but in these I went with a 14 to avoid being baggy overall. I am 5'3 and 195 lbs and got the regular length that just comes to my ankle bone. I am happy overall. I am glad I bought them on sale.

Definite Mom Jean
Bought this a month ago. Colour and fading are accurate, as are the rips.
What makes this a "mom" jean is the VERY high waist.
As someone with a little more junk in the trunk than most I often prefer a higher waist. However this seems/feels a bit excessive even by my standards.
Also make note that these have a smaller spandex component than most of their other jeans, so there is less forgiveness.
I went up a size and aside from the waist issue they seem to fit well.

To mom jean or not...
Been seeing the trend and decided to try it out, and being Torrid was having a sale, I took the plunge. Had I paid better attention to the fact they are button fly, I would have left them right where they were. I despise button fly, it's like fashion chasity belt for women with a stomach. I will definitely have to try on a zip fly before purchasing this style again, so for now, it's a no for me.

Very strange fitting
I concur with others that these have extreme high rise to the point of ridiculousness. I could pull up the waist almost to my bra line. Also the button fly was horrible. I wouldn't mind a button fly necessarily but the buttons were so tight in their loops I literally couldn't get the top one undone. I pulled them on like leggings to avoid any dealing with the fly, not preferable. If these could be made in a more normal Straight Leg style (NOT Boyfriend style but just Straight) I think they would sell like hot cakes.

This is the first item I am really disappointed in. These are EXTREMELY high waisted, they are so baggy, not flattering at all, not true to size. -10/10 would NEVER recommend!

Frustrating
They were almost too high waisted- and it left a lot of room in the crotch. They were also the wrong length, I ordered a 16 Tall, and the package was labeled 16T but when I put them on, they ended just under my knee. I measured them, and the inseam was 28”. I think when they were manufactured, they were miss-labeled.

Epic Fail
I was so excited when I brought these jeans because of the fit and was severely disappointed. These jeans are cut very small (almost in a rectangle shape) so if you are curvier on the bottom these will not fit. They were very tight in the butt and through the thighs so the knee slits on me didn't even make it to my knees....they were at my shins instead. So sad because I wanted to love these, but will be returning.
