Poor quality
I bought this online and just picked up my order. I opened the package while still in the store to inspect it and saw the sloppy sewing job that was done. You can clearly see this is a defect caused by manufacturer. I asked the cashier to exchange the item for one that wasn’t defective. She told me they were unable to return or exchange because the plastic bag was opened. Mind you I hadn’t even left the store much less even tried it on or even removed any tags. This is ridiculous seeing as how any pair of panties out on the sales floor isn’t displayed in a plastic bag anyway. Poor quality and poor when treating customers this way. I will not be buying Torrid products again!
