Very nice!
This is slightly cropped, I'm 5'7" and this hits me at just the right spot. This is an excellent weight, it is somewhat sheer, but no worries I wear with a foxy cami. The olivine color is a beautiful green. I did order two, picked up the black as well.

i love this shirt! i bought the apricot brandy colour and the striped one. They are sheer, which is what i expected with the tissue weight fabric. i can wear it without a tank top if i wear a nude coloured bra. The knit has a lovely sheen to it and it drapes well. It doesnt add any extra visual pounds lol. i am tall (5'10") and it sits at my natural waist/top of hip. Not a true crop. i will order the black one too.

Great for us short girls!
Ladies, some of us are short, some of you are tall. When you get a regular length for yourselves, it’s basically a dress for the short girls. The crop tops are perfect length for our short torsos; it literally becomes “regular length” for us. So if it says crop top and you don’t want a crop top. Then don’t buy the crop top! They are inclusive for the other side of the pond.
Now with that said, this top is super cute, it’s usually warm in Orlando, so I love how light weight it is, because I love wearing long sleeves even on warm days.
Please continue making things like this. Much appreciated.

Tissue weight Sweater
I received the tissue weight pullover sweater in the mail.. I owned a similar sweater like this one ( also purchased from Torrid) years ago and I was glad to see this sweater.. IMO, I wouldn’t say that it’s necessarily cropped but just short! As a previous reviewer stated size up one for a larger fit, keep in mind that the neck area will also be larger therefore, alternating the look.. I ordered a 2 and that is what I normally wear in tops, shirts and sweaters.. ( use your judgement though) I like the way that my sweater looks on me. The sleeves are not tight and are a good length. I will be careful when washing so that it doesn’t snag.. I am going to order another color .. thanks Torrid!! 😊

Not THAT cropped
So soft and lightweight! The sweater isn't a true crop top in the sense that it's not cut to, like, your true waist or belly button, but if you wear mid-rise jeans, the edge of the sweater will fall to around the waist of your jeans. Which is fine by me, but of course a little shorter than a standard Torrid sweater. I prefer tops to skim my body rather than be overly relaxed, so I did have to size down as this top feels a little wide/airy for my tastes.

Get the OVERSIZE LOOK
Very cute!!
Remember this top looks to be on smaller who was 'chosen' to model a size 1, that's why it looks so oversized.
I'm a size 1, if I want this same look, I'd buy a size 3.
I've been doing this for years with Torrid tops for different styles. Do it... shop outside your size!! So fun!!

Crop = Regular for some..
I know everyone is complaining it's a crop top but I am short so "regular" length sweaters go to my mid thigh and crop sweaters actually hit me "right" so I love love love cropped items because of my shortness. I totally appreciate those who are tall and this does not work for but it is also hard for us shorties to find things so we do appreciate the "crop" which, for us, is "regular".

After reading the reviews, I knew to expect the material to be thin, which I was totally fine with. The overall fit was great BUT it was too short but about 1 inch. And I knew once I washed it, it would shrink even shorter. I returned it.

The good: Nice lightweight material. Felt good on. It was slightly sheer but nice and cool. Would be great for the fall.
The bad: The pics aren’t accurate. Especially the one of the black top. That’s what made me wanna buy it. However, this top is a little wide and yes, it’s shorter than expected. (I’d say the pic of the olive one probably the most accurate to how this will look in real life)
Also…Torrid just recently added the word crop in the title. I assume that’s because of the initial reviews. I myself wouldn’t say it’s a crop, it’s just a little shorter than I’d like and it didn’t do what I needed it to do style wise.
It is better suited for really short women or women with short torsos.
I’m 5’6” and normally wear a size 1 in tops but ordered this top in a 2 because I wanted it to drape a certain way but because it’s shorter, it didn’t. LOL. Had it been a tad longer it would have been perfect!! Going down to a 1 wouldn’t have made a difference for me. I wanted it slightly form fitted (not tight) and longer so I could do a front tuck without looking frumpy. I loved them but I returned them.
So, if you’re short or have a short torso, you’ll love it! If you’re tall or have a longer torso and you don’t mind short tops, you’ll also love it! It really comes down to a matter of preference.

Love the weight, HATE the length. There’s no need for this sweater to be cropped, I just returned the two I bought in my size and exchanged them for two in the next size up in hopes that it falls at a more flattering length. Other than the length, this sweater is so light and soft, perfect for summer evenings.

Short
I love the weight of this sweater but it says its 30" long yet it fits exactly like the pointelle sweater that says its 16" long. Actually maybe a tiny bit shorter!!! Im fairly long waisted with a belly and it does fit but I think I should have sized up 1. I'm keeping it because its wearable without my belly hanging out but just barely.

It's a sweater crop top
As is becoming maddeningly common place, this sweater was WAY too short. I am a fat 34 year old, I don't wear crop tops and I don't know anyone in a similar situation outside of Instagram who does. Please, PLEASE make tops that are a regular length that real people, not Instagram people, can actually wear.
