This bralette is so stunning, we're planning on wearing it as a crop top. The sheer black mesh is a little scandalous, but when worn with a bra underneath, it's unstoppable. A comfortable fit too, the crisscrossing strappy look has been carefully detailed with a velvet brocade pattern, a dramatic and unexpected addition to your bralettes collection.

  • Size Guide

Every bra you wear should feel like it was made just for you. Comfortably, supportive and undeniably sexy - finding your perfect bra starts with getting a perfect fit. Here's how.

Stand in front of a mirror wearing a lightly lined or unlined bra. Bring a soft measuring tape across your back at band level, under each arm, and measure around the front just below the bust. Round down to the nearest even number.
    Example: 40"

Measure around the fullest part of the bust making sure that the tape is parallel to the groung and isn't too tight or too loose. Round up to the nearest whole number.
    Example: 44"

Subtract your band measurment from your bust measurement.
    Example: 44" - 40" = 4"

The difference between the band and bust measurement determines your cup size.

    2" - B Cup
    3" - C Cup
    4" - D Cup
    5" - DD Cup
    6" - DDD Cup
    Example: 4" = D cup

Your bra size is your band measurement number and your cup size letter.
    Example: 40 D

Velvet Brocade Strappy Bralette is rated 2.8 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from End a little higher! This bralette is super sexy and I love it! Little downside is I have a very short torso and it hits me at my widest part where a lot of torrid bralettes do so it does not fit quite as smoothly as it is intended but it certainly holds "my girls" and looks good doing so! ;)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sexy Bralette This is a great product, the only thing I would change is to add an underwire. The bralette is sexy and feels good on, the fit is right on target!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great for big boobs Had to throw a good comment in here since it's all negative. i have very large boobs 38G and got a size 1 and it fits great. it's easy for me to get off and on. you do have to seperate your boobs so if youre looking for cleavage this isnt the one for you. the middle straps do push against my boobs but i dont think it looks weird enough to take it back. will def wear outside the house

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfy and Cute! I love it! It's my first bralette and I'm pretty impressed. The only issue is that the front straps can be a bit loose. However, it's not too bad for me. It's fairly supportive for a bralette; lack of support is why I hadn't purchased one until now. Will wear at home and out!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Straps will show, cups are Large This is for a really really large cup figure. Compared to the other torrid bralettes the cup size is huge. The band size is about the same (true to size). The straps in front will not lie against your chest, they are a little out so they will definitely show under clothing. The velvet isn’t soft, it’s stiff. If you plan on using at home for “sleep” it might be fine.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ouch! I'd actually say this is pretty supportive for a bralette, but it's painful to get on because of it! I ordered a 1 and it fits perfectly (38G, for reference), but getting it on and off was... an experience. I'm returning because of it, even though it's really gorgeous. I'll just never wear it because it's too hard to put on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cute design, poor execution Sizing is way off. Cups are irregular and fold in on themselves, straps are loose and gape in the front and the whole thing leaves noticeable creases under tops. Velvet is stiff. Also doesn't go all that well with the matching panty.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pretty, but needs work I really wanted to love this, and tried adjusting it all sorts of ways to get it to work. However, because the middle straps on the chest do not adjust, and are just elastic, the cups end up gaping because those elastic straps are pulling so firmly. Completely unwearable. :(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cups are irregular The cups are a very awkward shape and, unlike other Torrid bralettes, more rigid, fold in on themselves, and leave creases that do not fit my smaller bust and look horrible. Also the panties that match this, which I like, don't even look like they go together that well. The top looks nice in theory, not in practice.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I wanted to love this I picked this up in the mall the other day, just beaming from how gorgeous it is. I get home, try it on... this thing is will only fit if you have gravity-defying triangle boobs. Now, I'm 5'4", which is the national average, and I have a long sternum to boot, but now, I have the straps tightened as far as they can possibly go and then some, but they are still too long. The main issues are the shape of the "cup" and the inner strap. The inner strap is the same slightly stretchy material, but it isn't adjustable, so you can tighten one all you like, but the other will still be loose. This is cause the cup to fold and gap between the straps. I can still make it kinda work, but I think you'd have to wear a push up underneath it for it to actually work, but then it's not even doing its job. It's still a gorgeous bralette, it's just useless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It doesn't fit right I feel like I'm going to have to alter it, it doesn't give any support what so ever
Date published: 2018-02-25
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not enough support It's way to open in front. Not at all like the picture. it feels like the strap that is near the cleavage is to long. It is pretty. For this to fit right you have to separate your breasts and it is loose and uncomfortable due to it being loose. I love all my other Bralettes. I wear a size 2 in all of them but if I tried a smaller size I don't think I could fit into it. As there is no give at the bottom.
