Necklace arrived with wires sticking out all over the back that immediately ripped my shirt when i put it on.

Chipped paint on rock
This “faux stone” is a painted river rock. The black paint flaked and chipped just from rubbing against the metal wrapped around it during shipping (with soft clothes). This would have been a really pretty necklace with a real stone, but as is, it’s just cheap. What a waste. There are a lot of inexpensive stones that could be used in Torrid jewelry to give customers the quality and durability for which they are paying.
