Beautiful and So SOFT!
I absolutely love this coat, I bought it big, I can wear a 2/3 in dresses and I got this coat in a 5. (I could easily have gotten a 4 and had room for layers. I'm bigger in the belly and booty, smallish on the top half and this covers wonderflully. It's very warm and I love the simple tie front to close.

Stunning
I bought this coat a month ago and every time I wear it people compliment me. It is so soft but most of all it is so stunning. The check print on the jacket pops with the black undertone. I love the way that it flares at the bottom every time you move the bottom will swing around. The belt makes the entire coat!

Love this coat! Im 5'1 and i knew this coat would hit me at my ankles,haha. I am 230lbs chesty women, bought a 2x which fits fine but should of had a 3x just for alittle more wiggle room. Overall love the coat. Especially in another color

Love this coat!
I have had this coat for just under a month. So warm, so soft, so comfortable. Just a great coat. The only thing I will it had was at least one button. The tie is enough to keep the coat closed but a button would truly elevate it!

I like the style of the coat, kinda classic / timeless. I even like that it is open in the front. (No buttons or zipper - only the sash). I feel like the arms were unnecessaily big and low on the coat, but it is something I can live with.

So I bought this coat, for the California (Fall/Winter) vibes, without having to commit to a plaid flannel. Indoing so, it is successful, since its nice for pairing with dresses, and pants. It keeps me warm, with the heavy wool -for outer fabric. Plus being lined with a nice silky polyester -for lining- to avoid being scratchy, it doesn't lose its warmth. It also has some (large/deep) pockets, the belt is detachable, there is no hood, it has a nice lapel, as a 5'3" person it reaches past my knees, by a good one to two inches.
I will say, I wished I had sized up one, since my arms are pretty big and flabby, and I don't have much room (if any) for layering a (sweater/long sleeve T-shirt) underneath. So thats a little disappointing, but not a deal breaker, or the clothing items fault.

Beautiful, worth the risk
I was worried this would look a little too house coaty. It can with a more casual outfit. However, with business casual it has been stunning. I’ve received several compliments and I’m very pleased.
I ordered up a size. It probably would’ve been okay in TTS, but I like having the overlap in the front when tied and it isn’t overly baggy. Plus it helps with layering.

Super cute coat!
I love this coat. Wish it had buttons though. It’s so cute and fits well. I bought it a bit large to ensure the sleeves were long enough. Worked out well. The top does not close enough for winter but I’ll wear a scarf. No big deal. Wish it came in black as well.

This is probably the first jacket in my entire life that doesn’t leave my feeling like a shapeless blob. I actually have confidence when I wear it! I love that black and beige means I can wear it with nearly anything. The lining inside means it slips right on and it’s soft on the outside. Sizing was generous. I’m usually a 2 on top and 3 on bottom and the 2 fit with some extra room. Probably because the jacket flares out at the waist. I really love it. It’s not bulky and therefore not super warm but it’s perfect in the 50’s for jumping in and out of the car at work.

I'm happy with my purchase so far . I first ordered size 4 wanted to make wrap coat would wrap properly, 4 was too large, I sized down 3 it fits better room in hip area because fit/flare style much better for full figures. I like the color the plaid is a beige/cream. Sleeves are long enough . I tried in other style button up coats in store fit too small because of the cut of coats being too straight. Torrid please stop stocking straight cut coats not good fit for plus size women ! Seriously its very annoying . More winter coats with styles like this one . Fits nicely. I'll have to add a hook & eye to help keep this coat from opening while walking , sitting. Next time make sure your wrap coats have a hook % eye closure .

Good but not great!
I just got this in the mail and I am happy with the way it fits. I am usually a size 4 but I have a big belly so with coats I go up a size. It is comfortable and not tight around the hips or belly. It is a very flattering shape. The reason it is not 5 stars is simply because the white lines are much duller in person and I wish there was just one button - if you lose the waist tie you are pretty screwed. I may sew or pin it on so I do not lose it - and may have a seamstress add a button.
