Great black dress!
I personally don’t think anyone can ever have too many black dresses. So getting this one was a no brainer! So far this is one of my favorites too. It’s as comfy as your favorite T shirt, but looks so put together and fresh! I love the wrap detail, and the length is perfect!

Cute, but needs pockets!
This dress is cute and soft. The only issue I had with is was the area where it ties kept slipping down, so I kept having to re-tie it tighter all day long. I do wish it had pockets, too.

Love this dress and it is SO flattering from the front but please consider making it with a panel the goes around the back to so both the front and back have panel that tie to the side. Then this would be the PERFECT dress, flattering in front and back.

This dress is cute, it’s flattering on me! I have a smaller upper half and waist in compassion with the bottom half so this work perfectly for me. It’s like a tee shirt on top, and then the wrap skirt helps to cover my problem areas while creating nice waist definition at my smallest part. It could be a little bit smaller, I feel like it runs big, but it may shrink up slightly with washing and then be perfect. Gray simple causal piece for summer, light weight, can be dressed up or down, lots of styling options for this!

I love the lightweight fabric of this dress. Perfect for summer or early fall. However, the fit was way off. The elastic waist was all the way up at my bra line in the back and the front would not line up right to make it work. I think it would have been a good fit everywhere else had it not been for the waist. I gave it to my sister who actually is higher- waisted and it fit her fine. Not for me.

I looked in my closet, and every single dress I have from Torrid is a size 0 (for reference, I am 5'5" and currently 210ish. However, this one seems to run extremely small. It's a shame because it is so, so cute, but they are now sold out in size 1, so I just had to return it. It wasn't even a question of "if I lose a few pounds, maybe it will fit," it was one of those comically tight deals. If you are interested in this dress, size up one or maybe even two?
