How do I know if my local store is offering Zoom consultations, and how do I schedule one?
All US and Canadian stores are participating! Simply call your local store to schedule an appointment.

Do I need my own Zoom account?
Yes, you will need your own personal Zoom account to move forward with the consultation.

What should I expect when scheduling a consultation?
An associate will spend a few minutes with you discussing your needs before your appointment – like your sizes, your personal style, your favorite denim fit and if you’re shopping for an event. This will allow us to pull pieces ahead of time that we know you’ll love. After this initial chat, we’ll email you a Zoom invite. We’ll also send you an email reminder the day before your appointment.
What if I don’t know my size?
No problem! We will help you find your size and recommend the most flattering fit for you.
What happens during my appointment?
A shopping specialist will be dedicated to you, one-on-one. We’ll have beautiful head-to-toe outfits ready to show you in all your sizes. You’ll tell us what’s “need it now,” “not today,” or “maybe” and we’ll set these aside for you accordingly. Your appointment will take approximately 30 minutes.
Do I need to commit to a purchase to have a Zoom consultation?
No, Zoom consultations are free with no minimum purchase required. We’d love to show you our newest & most favorite styles!
What about promotions?
All purchases are eligible for the day’s in-store promotions, including earning or redeeming Torrid Cash and loyalty rewards.
What happens after my Zoom consultation?
We hope that we’ve found the perfect pieces for you! If you’d like to make a purchase, we’ll call you after the consultation ends to walk you through a safe and confidential checkout process over the phone. We’ll also cover options to pick up your order. We can’t wait to see you!
Why can’t I make my purchase during my Zoom consultation?
Your safety is our top priority. This includes your financial safety and we want to do everything we can to protect your personal information. Making the purchase in store or over the phone after the Zoom appointment is best.
What happens if I can no longer make my Zoom appointment?
Please call or email the store at your earliest convenience. We would like to be able to find you a better appointment time and have the opportunity to offer your now vacant time slot to another loyal customer.
