We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out:
  • Initiate your return within 60 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip.
  • If you want to replace an item in a different size or color, we recommend processing a purchase quickly as items do sell out.
  • Damaged or missing items? Contact Customer Service for assistance.
What's Not Returnable?
  • Items not purchased at Torrid.com or a Torrid Store (e.g., a third-party reseller, an auction site, etc.).
  • Items without a Torrid Store receipt or a Torrid packing slip.
  • Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes).
  • Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.
  • For hygienic reasons, these items are “Final Sale”:
    • Washed or worn items
    • Accessories: earrings and cosmetics
    • Intimates: panties and lingerie sets
    • Clothing: tights
    • Other similar intimate items
  • Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).
  • eGift Card Returns: Cancellation refunds can be requested on the purchase of an eGift card scheduled for a future delivery date. Please contact CashStar Customer Support for a refund. TELL US ABOUT YOUR RETURN
- Locate the Return Form and pre-authorized return shipping label in your order.
- Fill out the Return Form and identify the reason for the return.

PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
- Pack your return item(s) securely with your completed return form (re-use the original shipping materials, if possible).
- Remove any existing labels on the box and attach the new return label provided.

SHIP IT
- Drop it off at your nearest US Post Office or UPS location.

RETURN PROCESSED
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns.
- Note that a $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount.
- We will refund your purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order.
If you cannot locate the Return Form and Label from your original order or do not wish to use it, please follow the steps below:
