Ask an associate to look up your Torrid Rewards account using your email or phone number and apply your Torrid Cash to your purchase. Check your email or the Torrid Cash page on our site and app to see how much you’ve earned. There is no limit to how much Torrid Cash you redeem in stores.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY TORRID CASH ONLINE OR ON THE APP?
Just click “apply” or check the boxes next to each Torrid Cash in the cart or at checkout – it’s just like redeeming rewards! Check your email or the Torrid Cash page on our site and app to see how much you’ve earned. You can use up to 10 Torrid Cash at the same time!
