TELL US ABOUT YOUR RETURN
- Fill out the Self-Serve Return Form and print when complete.
- Please note: Clearance items cannot be returned. They are final sale.

PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
- Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package, if possible.
- Include your completed return form and place the return label on the package

SHIP IT
- Take your package to your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked.

RETURN PROCESSED
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns.
- We will refund your purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order.
- You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage.
- The refund will not be processed for your original charge until we receive your returned item(s).
