I was pleasantly surprised that not only do they fit, they look really cute on. I ordered a 2. I am 5'5" and 250 lbs. The elastic waist and the drawstring make these extremely comfortable. I also love the deep blue color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cute short shorts Love these shorts because I prefer them a bit shorter. However, they dont seem to ride up as much as other shorts of the same length. I bought a size 0, but could have sized up for a roomier fit. For reference, I am currently 225 pounds and 5'4.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My fav jean shorts 5stars! Hands down the most comfy jean shorts! True to size. Pockets are a bonus. They are so flattering and comfy that I bought 2 colours. Love!! Like the option of rolling the hem up or down. And they dont ride up the thighs. Good quality too

They are true to size even after washing. I also like the mid rise. High rise are too restricting when I sit down. The pockets do stick out some but fit a phone or keys well. I like that I can fold the hem down or up as in the pics.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NOT Granny shorts These shorts are AMAZING! The pictures that Torrid took of these on the models DO NOT do them justice. They look like granny shorts on the models, but in reality, they are very sharp looking! SUPER comfortable, probably the most comfortable pair of jean shorts I've ever worn. They don't stretch out after a day of wearing them. Sure there's elastic in the waistband, but who cares!!! I cut the drawstring out (just my preference) so i feel like they look more traditional. I just wish they came in other colors than what is available. Please never discontinue these shorts!!!!
