Getting Used to It
I bought these to update my shorts finally. I'm used to Bermuda shorts to hide my cellulite, but I wanted to give these a shot. They aren't too short actually, and they look great on me. I just have to get used to the shorter length. They're very comfortable and the fold at the bottom can be unfolded for added length if desired.

got these in two different colours both this one and the dark wash and i love them! there short but my butt doesnt hangout!! perfect for summer i love the tie on them like a shoelace it make the eye not look at my big belly!

Something is different
I tried a pair like this last year and they were horrible and got sent back. Something made me give it one more try with this style and perfect! Oh dear, Torrid, are you going to make me like wearing denim again? I bought three different style jeans and one pair denim shorts thinking something was going to get returned, and to my surprise I like all of them! Not sure if any will be getting returned. I gave up on jeans around 2020. (I did not know about Torrid yet) I'm not near a Torrid store so have to ship everything and had a disastrous attempt with jeans and denim shorts last year (despite measuring) and they all went back. Whatever you're doing different with Jeans, yes, yes!

My everyday shorts
These are my favorite shorts! I have 4 pair that I rotate all summer long. I love that the waist is elastic and comfortable. The front seems to flatten your “mom pooch” which is my fav part. They’re not too long and not too short. They also wash and dry well.

I’m so happy with these
Yay! Finally some nice shorts that are comfortable without being too long or too short. I love that they have the stretch panel in the back, and I think the folded hem detail is cute. I hope that part stays up through wear and washes. I got two pairs one light and one dark. I got my usual size 2, as I am a size 20 in pants. I carry my weight in my stomach, I’m apple shaped and 5’5”. I am set for summer!

These shorts are the perfect length, not that weird length between Bermuda and short but not too short. I find that these, like all weekender pants/jeans, do run a little big so if you are in between sizes then size down. Thankfully even if you do choose a bigger size it’s got an elastic waist with a functional tie. I buy these in different colors every year!

Great shorts
I love these shorts. I purchased size 1 and they were very roomy but not baggy. I would said they were an inch bigger. The length was ideal as they stopped at my lower part of my thigh. I like the fact that it was not slightly above the knee but not as high were it was below the butt. It allowed room for the stomach to breath but was fitted in all the right places
