Anything in the bombshell cut really, the length of these shorts is just right, not so short that they ride up but short enough to not look matronly . I will mention that the magnetic color choice does have crystals on them, super cute but not "me" I was able to take them off with no issues so I will be keeping them. So glad to see that Torrid brought this cut back this year!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Look Sleek & Sexy. I am so STINKIN GLAD I found these. I'm 5'3" and built like a brick wall. That's my Irish heritage body for sure. These shorts make my thick thighs look great! I had these really, really old shorts from many years ago and they fit me great but nothing else really since then. Guess what! I now know why they fit me so well. They were built like these shorts. I feel fabulous and will buy these High Rise Bomshell shorts in every color Torrid has! : )

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and Cute These shorts are unbelievably comfortable, don't ride up or induce chaffing. Just about any jeans that are the bombshell cut are form flattering and pleasing. The shorts are true to size and high quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stretchy but not baggy! I LOVE these shorts! Im 5’3 and 230lbs and have thick thighs and a pouch from having a baby. I bought a 16. It’s so hard finding stuff that fits my thighs AND stomach comfortably. These are stretchy around the stomach but still snug to the thighs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just as promised I have a small waist but an apron belly, so finding a fit that doesn't gap in the back is nearly impossible, so when I read this description, I was very apprehensive. 1000% it is completely true, no gap waist!! Winner! Love! Same is true for the jeans as well!

The bombshell jeans have been my favorite for the better part of a decade, but I've always worried about the way the shorts would fit because most shorts that I buy (from other companies) usually fit my midsection or my hips or my thighs, but never all three. Decided to finally take a chance and I regret not having done so sooner. I'm between sizes 1 and 2 but I ordered these in an 18, in denim and in black, expecting a bit of shrinkage in the wash. First impression right out of the box is WOW. They fit everywhere exactly the way I want them to. Soft. Smooth. The right amount of stretch. The length is perfect for my stubby legs and I think I can even get away with wearing the black pair to work if I dress them up a bit. I wore them all day and they felt great the whole time. They did loosen up a bit by 9 that night, so they weren't really hugging my curves like they were in the beginning, which is typical of all pants I've ever worn, but I think a belt would solve that problem for me. Thinking about buying a few more pairs once it's in my budget to do so. Get these shorts.
