Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too cute I am 5ft and a bit chubby so I was a little hesitant to get these. They are awesome! I love that they end not too short and are really cute. I've used these as shirts, pj bottoms and under a few dresses too. Very versatile shorts the have in your wardrobe.

Torrid iis my absolute favorite so I was ECSTATIC when I learned they offer them as well! With lace trim, too? - TOTALLY my jam!! They're made well, super comfy, no shrinkage & the lace trim makes me feel "fancy" LOL

I normally get a 1x in the longer versions of shorts and leggings, but opted for the 2x in these so the lace would not bother my thighs. I am glad I did that. I will primarily wear them under dresses, but when it gets really hot I will wear them around the house. I don't normally wear shorter shorts in public.

And if your skirt/dress rides up, you get a little peak of the pretty lace. The waist has a bit of compression so they help my belly feel secure under thinner dresses. The white ones are a little see through if you’re wearing them on their own
