Nice comfy shorts!
Very comfy shorts in a nice, neutral color. They can be worn longer or fold them up a couple of times for a shorter look. Quality material, not too thin and not too thick. I only wish the pockets were more like normal denim pockets, not slanted. I caught these on sale and the price was too good to pass up!

I was drawn to the color of these. Truly goes with everything and doesn't wash out my skin tone. It is a thin-ish denim fabric. I'm an 18 typically, sometimes a 16 in different Torrid denims, but this fits true to size.
Looks and feels very woven in hand. Would be excellent beach vacation shorts. Perfect length and doesn't ride up in the thighs. Not a ton of give in the waist but that also means they stay put. Have been wearing them every chance I get. Easy to dress up or down. Get them!

Great for summer
I thought these would be to short and tight on my thighs. I was wrong. They fit great. They are true to size and are great for a summer day. If you like a looser fit, you can size up one.

I bought these shorts in a size 14 and they are great! Love the length and fit. They can be rolled up/down if you prefer a shorter/longer length

Quality denim shorts
I bought a 16 and I normally wear an 18. So they look a bit snug on me. I am so glad that I can roll the shorts down, or un-cuff them. They are not permanently cuffed, to my delight - which is not a good look on my fuller thighs. I am really happy they close because they are a size smaller. I am losing weight so I wanted them smaller. I like the color, which is nicer than white because it won't get so dirty. Torrid has a really nice tank top that looks nice with it, in the color of cement. Also I got a kimono in cream and the three pieces look great together. These do have subtle stretch in them but not as stretchy as some other items. I would order true to size based on how these look on me. This is a good color as I mentioned and many things I already own look great with them. Now I just have to wait for it to be warm enough to wear them. I am only 5'2" for reference.

Great rise and length
I’ve been hoping Torrid would release mid rise shorts with a longer inseam. Glad I found these. Very stretchy and comfortable. The color is a great neutral but I’d love if these came in different options. The only negative is how much J hate the roll cuff.

What stretch?
I really wanted to love these. The color looks so good against my skin tone. I am a true size 22 in bottoms so I ordered a size 22 but when I got them on they just did not fit right. The biggest flaw for me was the material, they are not soft and more scratchy feeling. They are true mid size as well which sometimes, I can get away with but with having little stretch to them it made me look like I was going to bust out of them. Maybe with a wash they may be fine but I don't want to take the risk. Returning for sure, I don't want to take the risk at this price!
