They are not too heavy or thick where I get too hot but not too thin where they are see through if I do happen to need to run a quick errand in them. I'm 5'3" 220 lbs, I have really short legs so the 9inch hit me about an inch above my knee. I purchased my regular size 2 and they fit perfect as always.

I have been wanting to get my hands on the checkered patter and what a better way to get them than in a smaller size! I got a size 0 and they fit perfect! super comfy! I wear these to workout and they're so comfy in and out of the gym; super versatile! I'll always have these type of shorts and the shorter ones in my closet! <3

I'm not a big shorts person overall but the patterns compliment several different tops and they're fairly comfy. I was pleasantly surprised by how much the light blue wash shorts actually look like jean material.

I've owned a few different pairs of Torrid bike shorts over the years and these are by far the best in terms of comfort and material quality. The pockets are DEEP and go all the way down to the bottom of the shorts!
