I understand when I purchased the shoe it was a final sale with no returns so I took a gamble. When it arrived it was a tad big but other than that beautiful. Very happy with the shoes.

Adore these shoes
I've been wanting pumps like these for a long time. I bought these and they do fit me nicely and I love them BUT they're just too high for me. I find I can't walk or stand comfortably in them. I'm tempted to keep them just to look at them or in hopes of one day being able to wear them but in fact I reluctantly should return them.
I'm so hoping that Torrid sells a pump like this with a heal that's a bit shorter or a front platform that's a bit higher so they're more comfortable.

Beautiful Shoes!!!
I saw these shoes and was concerned that the sparkle wasn’t going to be like a “Wow!” kind of sparkle and when they came in the mail I was not disappointed!! The only reason why there’s not 5 stars is because of the size. I down sized a little because the booties I ordered previously in my size were Way too big and I wanted to wear these for a special occasion. Tried them on and they were a little tight and I’m not sure if it was because my feet were swollen or what, but they were tight and after walking they were just fine.

Bought them in size 10.5 usually wear and 11..dont know whyi decides to size down..bad idea..anybody have them in 11 or 11.5 and wanna sale them??? So Serious!..i really need these shoes

Tight fit
I usually wear an 8.5 in torrid heels but these are snug and uncomfortable! Super adorable so I’ll be returning them and ordering a 9!

Gorgeous shoes.
These shoes are gorgeous and imo fit true to size (I wear a 9 wide and ordered a 9 and they fit). Sadly too high for me so they are going back but if you do high high heels they are stunning

Small toe
I bought these shoes online and was super exited to receive them. They fit great in the rest of the foot but sadly the toe area was too tight. I usually wear a 10w and ordered a 10.5 just in case because it was a pump. It was still too tight. I ordered an 11 and am hoping that it will fit. Unfortunately, I didn't have them in time for Christmas like I had hoped.

BLUF: They run small in toe box - I recommend you size up.
Bought these on Cyber Monday on sale, and was excited to try them on. They are beautiful shoes! While they are wide enough through most of the shoe, I found that they were not wide enough in the toe box. I usually wear a 7.5W, as my feet are in between a "normal" and wide, and these were very difficult for me to put on. Once on, I simply did not have the room in the toe area for these to be comfortable. I have always purchased 7.5W in Torrid shoes, but never purchased a pump before. I plan to exchange them for an 8W, and hope that gives me the room in the toe box that I need. If you plan to purchase these, consider sizing up.
