HOWEVER, that’s not Torrid’s purpose...it is for the clothing and shoes to actually fit well. So yes my foot still looks fat but it fits so well! I don’t feel the edge of the shoe on the bottom of my foot (IYKYK)!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't love these shoes more! Pleasantly surprised by the construction of these adorable, comfortable shoes! The buckles were a challenge for me the first 2 times, until I figured out the straps pull through so I can buckle on the inside of my foot and then slide the buckle to the outside of my ankle. Plenty if space in the buckle for me; I have it on the 2nd to last hole and it fits loose and cute around my giant ankles. There's a little bit of elastic beside the buckle, but not enough for me to slip the shoe off without undoing the buckle. The footbed itself is flat, but with lots of cushion under my toe box that feels kind of awesome after wearing my regular flats and sandals from Torrid. I was worried the scalloped edging would cut into my feet, but there's plenty of room for my wide foot.
