Great chain belt
It’s a very cute belt and it’s long !!! However, when I received the package the stones were off … I would’ve returned it but I’m a diy girl so I hot glue the stones back on . And I haven’t an issue since … I get so many compliments when I wear it. If I don’t have to the work it would’ve got 5 stars

Flimsy materials
I received this and more than half of the stones were down in the bottom of the bag like it was a DIY belt. It looked like there’d been barely any glue holding them on in the first place. It also didn’t provide much to adjust the size. Now I understand why it was on such steep clearance.

Skip - belt Kit
Skip this belt! Came with 3 stones missing! They were not even in the bag to glue in ! Bought on sale so not returnable. This entire order has been off compared to the Torrid I fell in love with ! There is no fix to this belt Runs small too. Not loose as pictured

Terrible
I bought this back when it first got to stores, and it was so cute but unfortunately it ripped within 10 minutes of wearing. I had bought it in store and unfortunately was not able to go back in store to return it. I attempted to call however they told me to go to the nearest store as that was the only way to get assistance. I don't have any near store unless I wanna drive 1+ hour. Terrible experience and awful quality.

Sent a broken belt
The belt I was sent was broken, I reached out to your office of president. And talking to them is a freaking joke.torrid has lost a long time customer as I have been broken and worn items the few times I have placed orders and I am done and will no longer recommend your store

I love torrid. Never had any issues. Like the rest of the reviews, the belts chains broke off one by one after simply trying it on. Merely seconds. It wasn't even on tightly. It even hung nicely on my waist. The slight heaviness of some parts of the belt were too heavy and the chains literally loosened up and just fell. Someone mentioned the chains being paperclip material. I've had paperclips stronger than this belt's material. Not good quality at all. I hope whoever quality checked this item reevaluates themselves. I like the design so much that I'm willing to repair it myself. But I shouldn't have had to purchase a fixer-upper full price.

This is honestly the worst quality item I have ever purchased from torrid. The metal they used is so low quality. The rings constanly come apart. They are legitimately the thickness of a paperclip. I'm not sure how anyone could wear this.
Save your money... it is incredibly low quality and BREAKS before you can even put it on. Torrid - THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS HAS BECOME A PROBLEM.

That's a no from me.
This is very easy to break and runs really big! I am a size 5, 24 pants. Usually buy a 4 or 5 in belts and could have easily went down 2 sizes.

It’s very cute, but easy to break apart. You can basically bend down and the whole thing, stretches out and snaps. I may be going over to Michael’s to get some new chain links.
