I love this dress, didn't know it was a velvet material...I clearly don't read the titles, I just buy whatever is cute but it makes the black on the dress really stand out and I love that about this dress. The flower pattern is perfectly spread out and not overbearing. I wore this to a New Year's Eve party and people were asking me where I had got it. The upper area surprisingly wasn't huge and loose. The only downside to this dress is while sitting down the dress tends to run up and wants to show everything.

The dress is super soft and I think the pockets are a nice addition. I felt super pretty in this. The dress is gorgeous!
