You won’t be disappointed. I bought it in a size one instead of size 2 when the bottom is flowing, I go down a size and it fit perfect, and it has the elastic by the waist.

The material is very light and airy and perfect for summertime, it has a lovely texture, and to top it off this blouse twirls nicely so it would be great for concerts or dancing!
