Great fit
This is a pretty, flowing top to wear. It covers the tummy area and it looks so nice. You can wear wit with jeans or dress slacks. It washes easily and I hung it to dry. It was super comfortable!

Worth it!

Yes, this is a little bit sheer, but I did not experience that it was as sheer as one other reviewer commented. I did wear a camisole underneath, which isn’t a big deal, I tend to like to wear them under blouses that are lower cut or have a deeper v. It’s very feminine and the gray color is flattering. I wore it today and received many compliments. I am a size 1 in tops and it does fit a smidgeon bigger than a 1, but I would not size down to a 0. Since there isn’t any stretch, the little bit that it is bigger helps it not feel restrictive. I love the blue color on the flowers, it makes the shirt pop. I definitely like this top.

This is icky.
They had a version of this top a few years ago that was a nice rayon fabric, lightweight but not sheer, that was comfortable and pretty. I like the style, so I grabbed this in black as a generic “work top” that I could throw on with some pants and go. The cut and size are the same, but the fabric is nasty. It’s lightweight but not breathable, it’s itchy, and it’s a little sheer. It gets 2 stars because it fits well, but they need to bring back the original fabric.

Not "slightly sheer"
The description says "slightly sheer" - it should read "very sheer". The promo and the model makes it look like you don't need to wear a shirt underneath this blouse - I assure you, this is more of a coverup than a blouse.

Not muffin top friendly
Every time I try a baby doll style I’m disappointed. The waist band hits me right on my rolls and muffin top. If you’re short waisted or have lower back rolls, you may want to pass on this. It’s also very sheer, you’ll need a cami underneath if you don’t want anyone to see through it. I’m returning it.
Torrid please give us fewer baby doll and peplum tops, I just want a cute blouse that I can wear to work, and I already have 15 Harper blouses.

Tunic dress, not shirt
Completely see-through and runs very very long/big. I bought a few dresses at the same time and this shirt is longer than some of the dresses. This reminds me of the long purposefully see through tunic dresses that have a split seam in the center.

Toooo sheet
My flutter sleeve blouse arrived yesterday and I am so disappointed. I order from torrid often and I usually check all of the models pictures because I don’t like sheer tops. The description said slightly sheer but that is an understatement. I buy these shirts and blouses to wear out to eat and for church. There is no way I can wear this top without buying a tank top to go under. I went back to see the pictures of the model wearing the blouse and none of them show that you can see right through it. I also thought it looked lavender but now I can’t tell if it’s lavender or grey. I never leave a negative review here but I had to this time.
