I ordered a bigger size (3) because I was unsure how it would fit me. However, I now know my Torrid size (2), and if you're like me and like a more form-fitting style, you could go down a size from your regular.

I can't handle 3/4 sleeves but the little bit of extra length is nice for spring. I wear anything from 00 to 1 at torrid depending on the item and went with 0 and am happy with the fit.
