Rated 4 out of 5 by from Spring vibes Lovely dress. It got it in the green and the colour is perfect The basque waist is very flattering, and the smocking makes your girls stand out. My only note is that the back isn't smocked as well - this actually means it's not as stretchy around the waist as it should be. If you on the cusp of a size, I'd go up on this one - otherwise the waist might dig in
