Bought it even though I read several mixed reviews.. I love it. I purchased to wear with leggings, boho belt and kitten heal boots.. (all from Torrid) perfect and comfortable. I'm 5'9, 250 lbs, usual size 16-18 or 2-3 Tall/XT. Now, as a dress prob too short (for this old lady) but great as a tunic, or long top or swim cover up. Could have had a lower V neck but crochet details are perfect.

A Simple Go To Dress
This is a cute, lightweight black dress that is a good length for me at 5'3". It is quick to iron, and looks cute with a denim jacket, leggings, and boots for fall.

I read the reviews of this dress but went ahead and bought it online anyway. I'm so glad I did. It's so cute!
Good sleeve length, cute neckline and perfect length for me (although I am only 5'1") it sits just above my knee.
It's oversized so I sized down 2 sizes (usually a 2, bought in a 0) and it fits great.
Also so happy I got it on deep discount, all in all a great buy.

Beautiful Black Dress
This is one of my favourite dresses of the summer. I ordered one size down. I love how it is isn't too clingy. It is very flowy. The intricate pattern at the top is stunning. It is very veristile. Great to wear over a swimsuit or to dinner. LOVE IT.

I love this dress. It's got a cool, retro/60s vibe. The fit is perfect. I'm 5'4 and I find that if I wear tights with this I'm comfortable, but it is a little short to go with bare legs. Love the crochet detail.
The puff sleeves are why I took a star off. This would be so much better with straight or even slight bell sleeves. Personally, I think puff sleeves are an awful look for plus size girls. It's a testament to the style of this dress that I love it anyway.

Bought this dress when it was on basically 'super' sale because I rarely pay full price or even just 25% off for clothes. Anywho, it's a very cute dress. It's comfortable and I paired it with some colorful tights. I'm 5'4", 38DD, bought the size 0, and it falls a little bit above my knee. I usually wear 0-1 so I can't really say if it runs big/small, I think I clicked 0 because 1 was sold out. It fits well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because...no pockets. I don't know how many times we shoppers have to say, WE WANT POCKETS! The dress is under $20, I say buy it!

I’m confused…
Ok. Let me start off by stating I am keeping the dress. But I’m rather confused - the bodice is the super soft material (lovely) but the sleeves are stiff, dress shirt type (unpleasant - although I’m sure this is meant to make them puffy). The sleeves do puff out quite a bit making your profile larger - but the dress generally fits well. It’s definitely not going to wash well though due to the multiple fabrics. It’s also a smidge short for my liking. Wide shoulders, short bodice.

As others have said, this dress is too short. If you are under 5’5” it might be ok, but for everyone else it is SHORT!
No matter how tall you are, this dress is way overpriced. The sleeves are made of a quality material. The body is a t-shirt dress. A t-shirt dress for $90.
Now I have a $90 too-short t-shirt. Complete waste of money.
