The slits in the skirt are fun, flirty, sexy, and cooling on a hot summer day, but will still keep your legs warm in the office. The cinched high waste is elastic with adjustable ties for more comfort. As I'm 5'3", I ordered this in 1 short. I found it runs true to size, just the right length for me.
