The layers are awesome,the design is Lovely and the quality is excellent!! It's beautiful strapless,but if you prefer straps, it's included. I was waiting to get this dress and I'm SO happy I finally did!!

I had expected it to be fuller but it was perfect and took away some of the cold weather blah.
