I was a little concerned that the wide width calf would not be big enough but they were fine. Took me a day of wearing them to stretch them out where they fit perfect.

They are more red than burgundy but a hue of purple I would say in them. I am in love with these ladies. The bows are so cute, the fit was perfect though I am vertically challenged so the height of the boot does come right to the knee but it is not uncomfortable. I wore these on Thanksgiving and sooooo many compliments. they were comfortable all day. I would buy them again in a minute!

I have big ankles due to lipedema and I'm always nervous if a boot is going to fit right and these looked better than I ever imagined. I've gotten so many compliments!
