It's one size fits all but it's probably too much if you're a size 1 or smaller . Torrid didn't offer 1/2 or 3/4 and I think they should've! So I'd recommend this for size 2 Andy's

Material is really soft and love the belt feature--other wraps like this require attention to keep on while moving but this one is so low maintenance. Also ordering my mom one for Christmas because she loves it too :)
