The fabric is thicker & has a nice weight to it, double layered in the entire body/skirt of it to keep you Ulta smooth & sleek. Shaper still required for me post baby (5 years ago lol) to keep my lower tummy in check, but that’s with everything I wear outside of my pajamas. The smocked off shoulder fit is flattering & actually stays down off shoulder vs riding up. Its just a great pencil dress - could easily layer & wear it with long cardigans or flowy trench style jackets for work & chunky wrap sweaters all year! Love. So versatile. I haven’t had a torrid pencil fit dress I didn’t like yet.
