got these not long ago & was well pleased. Would have been nice if they would have stayed up a little better, but over all, really enjoyed them. The tie, while cute, was frustrating.

More suited for knee length skirts
I recently bought these and I agree with the other reviews, they are on the shorter side. They don't go up as high as I'd like because you can see the lace part when I wear a mini skirt. The lace up section on the back is great because it gives the thigh more room. I'll just be wearing them with a longer skirt.

a little note for thick-calved ladies
I bought these online the other day, and (obviously) tried them on when they came in the mail. If you have thicker calves, these might not go much up much further than the knee. When I say this, I mean that when I tried them on, the bottom of the lace went past the knee. I still plan on wearing these when going out, even though they don't go as far up as I originally hoped.

Pretty but not the right fit
I bought these hoping they would look great with some lingerie I bought. They did go passed my knee but they were super tight around my thigh so it looked a little funny. Disappointed with this purchase.

very pretty but too short
I am only 5'7" and these barely came up past my knee. I rely on garters to keepup my thigh hi's and these couldn't even stretch high enough to hook. I have always had great luck with torrid, but these were a fail
