I am 5'3, 300lbs. I bought a 3x top, 4x bottom. I was worried the peplum would make my waist look bigger than my hips but it all came together perfectly. I felt so confident, with my husbands loving support, that I wore the briefs without a cover up to the water park. My breasts were lifted up smartly (important after 40!) and my tummy was flattered instead of concealed with the baggy extra fabric of a swim skirt. Quality item, worth every penny.
