Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dress up or down! Great skirt, flowy fabric. Can easily be dressed up or down. Fits true to size, I'm a size 18, 2/3 and bought the 2 and it fits perfect! I'm 5'8 and it hits just at my knees at the front like the picture, longer in the back as it's a more hi-lo style.
