Not what I was expecting
I know it said it made from Ponte, but I was expecting a much sturdier ponte than this. It’s silky smooth and very stretchy. Not quite flimsy but almost, if that makes sense. The skirt isn’t a mini skirt really, unless you wear your skirts really high up. I’m 5’10” and this is almost knee length when worn at the waist. But I have to say, it’s super cute, even F to talk less structured than I imagined it to be.

Looks nice!
I like the fabric and the waist band on this skirt. I got a size 3, I usually wear a size 24 bottoms. I found this skirt to be loose around the waist and tight around the hips, but doesn't cling at the bottom like a true pencil skirt. It looks really cute but at the same time makes me a little self conscious about my lower abdomen sticking out/being defined. I do need to get past that but I feel like this skirt could have been designed a little better.

A little snug
I purchased my usual Torrid size. It was a tiny bit snug through the hips, making a weird gap. Even with control top tights on, it still looked a bit weird, so this is going back

Not for short people
This skirt is not a mini skirt if you're 5'2. It falls right at my knee, not above or below. It is a stretchy material, soft and feels comfortable. I ordered a size 1 and it fits loosely. I wear between a 0 or 1 in Torrid clothes so I can never tell what fits best on me. This is why I don't like ordering online. But the Torrid near me doesn't have most of the clothes that's online. This skirt will probably be a mini skirt on a tall person.
