Comfy and cute
Super comfy and the perfect height. The braided part is stretchy so it’s great for my bunions but my foot does move fowarrd a bit bc of that. Runs TTS. Hand no problem bending over and buckling the straps.

Very cute and comfortable - 2 inches seems to be the perfect heel height for me! It looks fancy enough, but isn’t as painful. Just trying them on, they felt super comfortable. I decided to return because the color didn’t look good with my ghostly pale legs

Super cute but…
… how do you get these on?! I spent literally 30 minutes just trying to fasten the buckle and I only got one on. When are they going to start putting the buckle on the inside? I’m not flexible so I can’t bend well or twist my leg to get the buckle fastened 😂

really cute... I like the heel, but it is not the most comfortable shoe. Thankfully I have a desk job but walking in these my feet were hurting by the end of the day.

Had to return due to the braided part felt tight and I ordered a size 9 like my other torrid heels and they were a little too small there as well. Usually i wear size 10 in regular shoes and 9 - 9 1/2 in torrid shoes

Damaged Unfortunately
These are very cute and comfortable. Unfortunately they came with dark glue spots on the heels and straps. I just received my replacement pair and they have the same issue plus they sent me the wrong size...
