The straps let you tighten the shoe so your not swimming in excess material. I have a wide fore foot but narrow ankle and heel so its hard to shoe shop. These are good.

They are true to size, so I suggest getting to the size that you wear and not a size up or down. The color is very neutral and can go with several different colors in your wardrobe. I would recommend this boot to anyone who wants to stay in style and can't necessarily wear boots with heels.

I normally just buy 11's so I can wear some thin socks, but gambled on these and could not be happier. They are just right and I can wear them all ay with no problems.
