I didn't have a spring/fall jacket I saw this and I really liked it. But when it came I absolutely love it. Thankyou torrid. I usually get size 5 but a jacket I wanted alittle bigger if I was wearing something underneath so I got a 6 it's just perfect can't wait for cooler weather to show off.

Beautiful jacket, but runs large. I would size down. I am normally a 2, but will purchase a smaller size. The material is very soft, which gives it a nice feel.

First impressions
I just got this in the mail a few days ago and I’m not sure how I feel about it yet. It’s very pretty, but it feels kind of bulky. I wish the sleeves were a little more fitted and it had more interesting details but it just kind of okay. I haven’t gotten to wear it out yet, but hopefully soon.

Difficult Online Ordering
Ordering online is extremely frustrating. I have NEVER been successful. There is always a problem with the credit card I’m entering, even though I have to try several, etc.. This order was no different. THEN, it took 2-3 phone calls to customer service before the order went through without a problem. Except: when I talked with a gentleman, about the first customer service lady’s order getting rejected, and he re-submitted the order, but when he copied my items, he put 00 on the size for all the panties even though 0 was what I ordered and the customer service lady ordered. SO FRUSTRATING. So, in the meantime, I’m back at my mother’s in Atlanta caring for her and hope to find a Torrid here to take the items back. The jacket was huge even though I ordered a size smaller than what the size chart indicated.

Weird Fit
I was super excited to order this jacket and super disappointed! The fit and lack of tailoring in the shoulders made it sit really weird. Made me look much larger than I am. When I returned it the associate said they have had this exact complaint from almost everyone who has tried this jacket on. I'd love to see this but with structure in the shoulders, I'd 1000% buy it!
