They are wide fit as advertised but with adjustable straps if you have a slimmer ankle you can tighten them up for a more secure fit. I opted for the 11w because the 10.5w was sold out and they’re slightly big so I would say they’re true to size. I’ve gotten several compliments and find them pretty comfortable.
