I did size up because other Torrid felt I had bought seem too small for me but I should have stuck with my usual size one because this one is too big. I am going to keep it and just add another hole because I really liked it and it was out of stock.

I don't recommend sizing up on this one if you tend to size up on belts. This clasps together with a metal tab that sticks out of the butterfly and inserts into thre belt hole with as push. Because of this having extra belt slack could look weird unless you wear this with an outfit that has its own belt loops.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Adorable So, I had bought another belt from torrid in my usual 3 and it was too small...So I ordered this one in a 4 thinking I may be a 4 in belts now even though I wear a 22 pant. This belt seems a little big, but hopefully it will fit differently when I'm wearing shorts. Also there aren't a lot of holes, so if you're unsure of which size buy multiple if you're close to a store! Also the loop that holds the belt down after you fasten it is SO close to the buckle I almost couldn't get it in place. Quite literally almost broke the belt trying to get it through that loop. I'm 5'7" and 300ish pounds
