Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too loose up top I don’t have girls. I’m part of the itty committee. Big belly no top. It’s sad really. Because I get nice dresses like this that fit everywhere but the top. The sad loose baggy top that flutters on my shoulders and gapes so bad when bending over that someone could see all the way to my bellybutton. I have the maxi version of this exact dress in three other colors and those were not cut like this. It’s a shame because I love this style of waistband, and these longer sleeves. First photo is where I have to wear the waist to fit my chest, second pic is what the top looks like if the waist is where it should be, and third is how much extra fabric there is.
