Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this shoe! Yes Torrid shoes run big but my suggestion is to have patience and size down. I am an 11 and I bought these twice, sizing down each time. I have the 8.5 and they are snug but they fit. My recon is to size down 2 sizes! So be patience sis! You got this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So cute! I bought a 9.5 since so many of the reviews said they were too big/the straps were too stretchy. I can do 9.5 or 10s in Torrid shoes. I almost went with 9s but I'm so glad I didn't cause I have long toes. I love the angle of the heel, and didn't have any issues with the stretchy bits. I will be rocking these a lot.

The majority of your clientele are heavier women, we don't want to be 3, 4, or 5 inches off the ground but we do want to look cute and fashionable. Please make more fashionable but considerate shoes.

I wanted to love these shoes; however, when they came finally arrived, they were a bit too big and I felt as though the straps linked together in the middle would tear. The taupe color is gorgeous but I decided to return them. The shoes DO have a beautiful concept and they would have been great summer heels.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stretch wrecks function The back zipper area angle juts out from the back of (your) heel strangely which makes for an odd visual, but the poor manufacturing choice of adding stretchy tabs to every single tie results in a heavy shoe with no effective way to adhere to your foot. The footbed is the right length, otherwise I'd say size down like 3 sizes and maybe you'll get lucky... i might try to hand stitch the straps and see if i can recover these, because visually they're super cute.
