I am a size 12 bought a size 00 and it fit perfect, I’m a 40DDD up top and it actually fits my chest size perfectly due to the stretch. I weigh 185 and am 5’4 in a half. I’ve lost over 40 pounds this year and this dress gives me confidence. I would say it runs maybe a little big so if in between sizes get your smaller size.
