I’m a 5’ 11” apple shape that carries an extra tire around her middle. Kimonos help to camouflage both my midsection as well as my upper arms… both problem areas for me. I tend to run hot all year so I’m happy that the material is both breathable and flowing. You could dress this up or down. I’ve worn several Torrid kimonos with everything from jeans and t-shirts to dresses. I’m tall so the length on this isn’t a problem. I’m happy when things are long enough to cover my fupa/bottom areas. Any kind of cropped top is my enemy. Apple+crop top = bad. Bad like a busted can of Crescent rolls, just saying. I’m always b*thing about longer lengths for jeans and bottoms but it seems I’m looking for length in the tops lately. And the short sleeves too. Is it me or does anyone else find them to be about 2 inches too short? Back to this kimono. Nothing negative to say. Only two things could make it better, pockets and some kind of button or hook to close it at the bust area. These are small gripes that can be overlooked. I’m really surprised that this item isn’t more popular.

Idk why people decide to get married in the dead of summer outside, but this was nice and airy in the heat. I plan to wear it to work as well, so that's a win. The color is super vibrant and fun - also love the hi/low hem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful! This is such a Beaufort beautiful duster! I love the high/low effect. The colors are so versatile. I am usually a 1-2 in tops and I purchased this in 1 and it is perfect (I don't like dusters to be too big, even if they don't close up in the front).

It's lightweight, so perfect for summer. The colour is so vibrant and cheery! I can also wear it with my 5'4" frame - other kimonos/dusters have been too long for me
