Delicate, dramatic, light. Dreams up or down, I did not have any issues with seams or craftsmanship. I purchased 2, one for me and a friend. I will wear mine with a white or black cami, jeans and a leather coat

Pretty Ruffles
This shirt took me back to the 90s when I wore the ruffled tops. I’ve always loved the ruffle cuffs and collar. (Or the bell sleeves)
I got this with Torrid cash and it was a great deal. The fabric is sheer polyester. It’s a generous cut. You can wear under a dress or with a skirt or pants.
I ordered size 00 and it’s loose on me but looks great. As far as quality, I think it’s a quality item considering the price. It’s Torrid, not Caroline H or Goooochi. I may order a second one in case I snag this
It is sheer so you’ll need to wear a cami underneath

Size down!
Very nice shirt, wore it how it’s pictured with a black bra and looks much better in person. Love the dramatic look of it all. Giving it a 3 stars because you have to be careful with the sleeves, they have gotten caught in my bracelets a handful of times, can get annoying after a while. I sized down one size but definitely could have gone down two

Don’t Bother- Cheap Seams
I saw this blouse online and liked the ruffle on the sleeve, so I ordered it. I was so disappointed when it arrived. The ruffles on the sleeve and front of the blouse do not have a nice, folded over hem. Instead, the edges are just finished with a serger seam. It looks terrible and makes the blouse look cheap. What a disappointment for what could be a pretty blouse!
