I did recently have a problem with them I was walking in a store & it felt like something broke loose in one of the boots & it became loose. I though the sole broke. It didn't, but the left boot now looser than the was & I can't figure out why. I see nothing wrong? Still I would purchase these boot & more from Torrid again.

The only thing I do notice is they are a little bit wider then needed in ankles . I ordered regular size . But they are still a little to big in ankle area but still love them.
